Previously, Andrew served as PwC’s UK Head of Assessment, Leadership & Upskilling, where he successfully established and expanded the firm’s expertise practice. He also led Korn Ferry UK’s Transformational Leadership practice, where he developed innovative client transformation journeys and co-authored the influential thought leadership piece, "Radically Human." Additionally, he co-founded a consultancy focused on high-growth SMEs and led Hay Group’s Leadership & Talent Core Skills team.

Mike Pino has dedicated the past twenty-five years to significantly impacting various organisations by developing strategies, technology, and talent to enhance value and performance. His extensive career includes pivotal corporate leadership roles, such as serving as the Global Learning Leader at Cognizant, and notable consulting positions, most recently as a partner at PwC in the Future of Work practice.
Mike's expertise has been vital in Deals work, where he has acted as both an executive and technical due diligence specialist for multiple acquisitions, spin-offs, and carve-outs. He has also served as a strategic advisor for market positioning for early-stage and fast-growth companies, particularly in emerging technologies. He holds board and advisory positions, and he serves as an advisor to multiple executive education institutions — at UPenn, Oxford/Said, Cornell/Johnson, INSEAD, and Dartmouth/Tuck.
Since 2016, Mike has been actively engaged in AI and machine learning projects, including pioneering a method at GE to analyse free-form text feedback aimed at improving global employee experiences and assets. He has led teams that developed brand-defining and award-winning platforms and products, such as PwC's ProEdge, GE's BrilliantYOU, and Harvard Business School Publishing's Harvard ManageMentor. His contributions extend to the development of international standards for data exchange between learning and HR systems, participating in IEEE, AICC, and IMS working groups. Most recently, he led a team of subject matter experts to launch a professional certificate program on Coursera focused on AI and ML Engineering in Azure.
Recognized as a leading voice in the future of work and performance enhancement, Mike has contributed to publications in the Wall Street Journal and the World Economic Forum. Additionally, he holds patents in learning assessment technologies and earned a PhD in English with a focus on computational linguistics from CUNY. His work continues to influence professional development and organizational growth across the global landscape.
